All ticket-related support is handled via our ticketing system and live chat, there is also a customer service booth at the event. Our support email is [email protected]. Support requests are taken care of within 2 business days unless marked urgent.

Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may change your ticket day and time slot for available slots through the online ticketing system.

Yes, this functionality is available through our ticketing system.  On the bottom of your confirmation email click on “Set Up Account Now” and you can reschedule.

Due to limited availability by time slots, tickets are non-refundable, you may transfer your ticket, or change day or time by accessing the ticket system with your account.  To do this on the bottom of your confirmation email, click on “Set Up Account Now”.

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to check. Please give yourself enough time to park and check-in (½ hour total). VIP Tickets include VIP Parking which is located at the venue.  If you have VIP Parking, plan to arrive at least 18 minutes before your time slot on non-holiday weekdays and 20 minutes early on holidays and weekends.

We can only guarantee entry if you arrive at the time indicated on your ticket. Plan for ½ hour to park and check-in. If you arrive after that time, you have the ability to change your tickets online for a future time or date with no additional charge. VIP Flex ticket holders may enter at any time.

Tickets to the event are discounted for groups of 15+. We also offer fantastic low rates midweek and low mid-week hotel rates for direct bookings that include a savings passport to area restaurants and attractions.

Yes, for groups of 15+, you can buy your tickets online. For groups over 40, we have additional services available through the Lake George Regional Convention and Visitors Bureau 518-668-5755
